2008年获中国科学技术大学数学学士学位,2013年获美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学数学博士学位,2013-2020年在伦敦帝国理工公司先后任职助理教授和副教授。2020年被myball迈博体育平台网址引进,现任myball迈博体育平台网址经理、教授、博导,系统科学学科带头人。入选国家级高层次人才计划,获美国交通研究委员会(TRB)“Chan Wui & Yunyin 新星学者”、全国铁路青年五四奖章、四川省“天府峨眉计划”特聘专家、成都市“蓉漂计划”特聘专家、成都龙泉驿区“龙泉英才计划”特聘专家、myball迈博体育平台网址“扬华学者”、“成都榜样·最美科技工作者”提名奖等荣誉。任四川国蓝中天环境科技集团有限公司首席科学家,成都市龙泉驿区第十九届人大常委。

科研成果:

研究领域包括交通系统建模与优化、智能交通系统、绿色与可持续交通、智慧城市。主持或参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、重大项目、欧盟第七框架计划、美国自然基金、中大西洋交通研究中心、牛顿基金和业界等科研项目20余项,出版专著2部,发表SCI论文70余篇(交通领域顶级期刊《Transportation Research Part B17篇,《Transportation Research Part C》16篇,《Transportation Research Part E3篇),论文连续四届入选交通领域国际顶级会议ISTTT(第21-24届)。WoS核心数据库中被引1100余次,H-因子20;谷歌学术引用2800余次,H-因子33。以第一发明人授权国家发明专利19项(其中15项已实现落地应用)。在 ISTTTTRBTRISTAN 等交通运输领域顶级国际会议做特邀/大会报告70余次。获国际交通科技年会(CICTP) 最佳论文奖、《TR-Part B》、《TR-Part C》杰出审稿贡献奖。

学术任职:

担任国际期刊 《Networks and Spatial Economics》 领域编辑,《交通运输工程与信息学报》副主编,交通领域顶级期刊《TR-Part B》和 《TR-Part C编委,TR-Part CIEEE ITSCTRISTANCICTPCTS等多个国际期刊和会议的客座编辑和科委会成员,美国交通研究委员会(TRB)“空侧和空域容量和延误分会(AV060)”特聘委员、国际华人交通协会(COTA)欧洲区主席,南京航空航天大学特聘教授(2016-2019),管理科学与工程学会交通运输管理分会委员会委员、中国交通运输协会青年科技工作者工作委员会委员。

成果应用:

成果在苏格兰格拉斯哥市交管局、英格兰肯特郡高速路网、纽约-新泽西多机场系统筹应用或落地。自主研发“Alpha MAPS城市治理决策大脑”在成都市“11+2”个中心城区应用,直接经济效益超2亿元人民币,落地成果入选2023年度数字中国优秀实践案例、第五届“数字中国”数字生态优秀应用案例、中国环境报“2022年度智慧环保十佳创新案例”等。科研成果被英国广播公司(BBC)、英国上议院(House of Lords)、《经济学人》(The Economist)、《中国环境报》、《成都日报》等媒体和机构报道引用。
